School is about to start - unfortunately - and there are sales up the wazoo because of this season.
But even if your not going back to school, or to school at all, there is no reason for you to miss out on the fantastic sales!
I just got back from Kohl's and man were there clearance racks! I have to say something though: I have never bought a clothing item for full price in over a year and a half. I don't believe in buying retail for clothing. The fact that the clothing companies get all their items from China and the Orient for pennies on the dollar makes me think twice about what the piece of body furnishing REALLY costs.
No. Really. I think Abercrombie and Fitch, Hollister, and Bebe are the worst at this. Even though I love their stuff, I wont buy a single item over $20 and I have stayed to that creed like its a religion.
So today!
I went to the one of many sessions of Back to School shopping for Andie.
Today I went to Kohl's. I LOVE their clearance and ever since we got one less than 10 miles away from my house, its one of my favorites to raid.
"Why?" You ask;
Three Reasons.
1. The dressing rooms are attendant free. This is a huge deal for me because I hate having to choose a certain 6 pieces of clothing when I want to try on 20. Why do I have to minimize?? Why cant I just get it over and done with in one sitting?!?!
2. Their Clearance. I am an AVID believer in clearance racks. Like I said above, 1 1/2 years ladies and gentlemen.
3. The Checkout girls are always nice and friendly. As well as the general atmosphere of the store. Also another little perk: on the receipt it shows you exactly what your savings are. (Today I saved over $120.00:):))
I bought 6 items for around 30 dollars and they were all originally priced for 20-30 bucks each.
So yeah. Go me:D!
So there is my tip of the day! Even though I love the Haute Couture and the High fashion - more than a normal person should - the smell of Clearance makes my blood race!
Shop like nobody's watching!

i enjoy you and i'm so glad you're writting this blog! Now we don't have to play dress up for me to pick your brain for fashion tips. :) i have one thing to say thought. if you find a piece of clothing that makes clouds part and angels sing, you buy it and don't even look at the price tag. ha ha maybe that's just me. love ya always!
